Blown Film Plant
We have a wide range of blown film plant and high output blown film machine as HM HDPE plant, LDPE plant, LLDPE plant which have specifications as thickness of 15 - 100 mm, 20 - 125 mm, 20 - 100 mm with output of 60 kgs / hr, 50 kgs / hr, 70 kgs / hr, 75 kgs / hr with attachments from Shubham Extrusion in Ahmedabad, India.
Our LLDPE blown film machine and LDPE blown film plant has screw size of 65 mm with output 80 kgs / hr having liquid PIB injection system with attachments as automatic hopper loader, extrusion pressure gauge, rotary die, embossing roller, film surface treater, air shaft, waste film collecting unit, calibrating basket, air compressor and corona treater.
HM HDPE Blown Film Plant
Shubham Extrusion manufactures and exports HM HDPE blown film machine with output of 55 - 60 kgs / hr giving power consumption of 0.32 kwh / kg with screw size 45 mm. HM HDPE blown fim plant is designed with motors controlled with AC frequency drive. HM HDPE blown fim machine is applied for general purpose film, pick up bags, liner film from Ahmedabad, India.
PP high speed inflation machine has thickness of 0.020 - 0.080 mm film having screw diameter of 45 mm, 55 mm, 65 mm for which polypropylene resin with optional devices as auto hopper loader, hoist film surface treater, rotary die, chiller, two station winder side open and slitting knif, safety chuck system by Shubham Extrusion.
