Single Cylinder Diesel Engine

We manufacture diesel engines which also includes single cylinder diesel engine that is totally enclosed compression ignition having four stroke cycle and cold starting diesel engine tested as per 11170-1985. Our single cylinder diesel engine is available with Tapper Roller Bearing fitted on crankshaft having an option of bimetal bush bearings. The diesel engine's cooling is arranged in such a way that it runs through water supply.

Slow Speed Diesel Engines

Our wide range of diesel engines includes slow speed diesel engine that has a single cylinder which is tested as per 11170-1985. In slow speed diesel engine direct injection combustion takes place in a cavity on the top of the aluminum alloy piston in order to minimise power loss. Slow speed diesel engine internal moving parts are partially lubricated by splash system of lubrication.

Four Stroke Diesel Engine

Lovson also exports four stroke diesel engine as well as vertical single cylinder diesel engine and cold starting diesel engine tested as per 11170-1985. The internal moving parts of four stoke diesel engine are partly lubricated by force feed lubrication through a lubricating pump and partly by splash lubricating system.

Portable Diesel Engines

In portable diesel engines direct injection combustion system places an open type combustion chamber. Double Cylinder Diesel Engine

Our diesel engines and diesel generating sets consists of double cylinder diesel engine in which fuel is supplied to the fuel pump by gravity feed through wire mesh filter in fuel tank. The internal parts of double cylinder diesel engine are partially lubricated by force feed lubrication by gear type lubricating pump from Lovson in India.

Air Cooled Diesel Engines

Lovson also exports and manufactures air cooled diesel engines and four stroke air cooled diesel engine having cold starting diesel engine tested as per 11170-1985. In air cooled diesel engine the rotation is clockwise when viewed from flywheel end in Mumbai, India.
